In 2001, he performed as a support during the entire tour of the band Hey. In 2005 he recorded a music video for the song Between evil and good, which got into the MTV and VIVY schedule, becoming the first, then unofficial, single of the group. Over the next years, the band gave concerts in Poland and abroad, incl. in Germany and Austria [footnote needed]. In 2005, the group signed a contract with Universal Music Polska, which resulted in the release of their debut album Megalomania in October 2005. The album was promoted by the singles Sto lat samotności (with a music video), Between the evil and good and To nie ty. The aftermath of the debut album was the first concert tour – „Megalomania Tour”. At the beginning of 2007, the group embarked on a journey around Poland in a circus cart, which is described on a regular basis on its internet blog. The result of this trip was the release (on the EMI label) in May 2007 of the second album – the concept of the album entitled A master of courage and his cheeky circus. The album is inspired by cabaret and pastiche, has the form of a circus show and contains 10 songs that describe pop culture and show business of the beginning of the 21st century in the crooked mirror. The album features their first hit, Igorek (a cover of the Spanish skapunk group Ska-P). In March 2008, Renata Przemyk together with the Plateau vocalist – Michał Szulim recorded the song „Nic nie pachnie tak jak Ty”, and appeared in the music video. The piece was a clear stylistic turn of the ensemble towards combining poetry with electroacoustic sounds. The song was on several charts in Poland (including it reached fourth place on the „Three’s hit list”. In July of the same year, the band was awarded (finalist) at the TOPtrendy Festival. As a result, on July 5, the group performed at the Forest Opera in Sopot. In April 2009, the band released their third album, „Short text message. The album was promoted with the song Most. There was also the song Nic nie perfumnie jak Ty. Studio. The music producer of the album was Wojciech Waglewski. The album was premiered on March 21, 2011 by 4ever MUSIC publishing house. The concert tour promoting the album has started, and the band Plateau also invited the leading Polish artists to participate in the tour. in: Marek Jackowski, Adam Nowak (One, Two, Three), Lech Janerka, Marek Piekarczyk, Krzysztof Kiljański, Piotr Cugowski, Tomasz „Titus” Pukacki, Muńek Staszczyk, Małgorzata Ostrowska, Renata Przemyk, Anna Wyszkoni, Katarzyna Groniec, Antonina Krzysztoń , Maciej Balcar. Over the last 2 years, there were over 120 concerts promoting the album, incl. at the Congress Hall in Warsaw, the Roma Theater, the Krakow Philharmonic, the Gdańsk Philharmonic, Hala Torwar and Piwnica pod Baranami. In total, in 2011-2015 there were over 200 concerts promoting the album. On August 4, 2011, the band opened the 17th Przystanek Woodstock with their performance. On September 4, 2011, the band played a concert in Fabryka Trzciny in Warsaw, which was broadcast live by TV channel „Dwójka”. The concert inaugurated the autumn schedule of this station. A month later, TVP2 broadcast another episode of the program „Szansa na success”, in which amateurs performed songs from the album Projekt Grechuta. In December 2011, Plateau went on a two-week tour in the US and Canada. In 2011, the band was nominated in 2011 for the „Róże Gali” award in the „music” category for the album Projekt Grechuta. On December 31, 2012, the band performed during the concert „Sylwester z Dwójką – 50 hits for the 50th anniversary of TVP” broadcast from the Wrocław Market Square by TVP2. On January 14, 2013, the author’s single „Niebezpiecznie beautiful dawn”, announcing the band’s fifth album, was released to radio stations, and in November 2014, another single from this album, the song Niebanalnie promoted with a music video. On April 1, 2016, their fifth album was released, entitled: In a relationship with you. The album features 10 original songs and a premiere, previously unpublished work by Marek Jackowski, written especially for Plateau. At the beginning of 2020, the band announced the premiere of their sixth album entitled „Project Cohen” containing their own, original interpretations of Leonard Cohen’s works translated by Roman Kołakowski. On July 3, 2020, the recording of the concert was released on the CD in an electronic version under the title: „Love in the times of plague”
W 2001 roku zespół występował jako support podczas całej trasy koncertowej zespołu Hey. W 2005 roku nagrał teledysk do piosenki „Między złem a dobrem”, która trafiła do ramówki MTV i VIVY, stając się pierwszym, wówczas nieoficjalnym singlem grupy. Przez kolejne lata zespół koncertował w Polsce i za granicą, m.in. w Niemczech i Austrii. W 2005 roku grupa podpisała kontrakt z Universal Music Polska, co zaowocowało wydaniem ich debiutanckiego albumu Megalomania w październiku 2005 roku. Album promowany był przez single Sto lat samotności (z teledyskiem), Między złem a dobrem i Aby nie ty. Pokłosiem debiutanckiego albumu była pierwsza trasa koncertowa – „Megalomania Tour”. Na początku 2007 roku grupa wyruszyła w podróż po Polsce wozem cyrkowym, o czym regularnie pisze na swoim internetowym blogu. Efektem tej wyprawy było wydanie (w wytwórni EMI) w maju 2007 roku drugiego albumu – konceptu albumu pt. Mistrz odwagi i jego bezczelny cyrk. Album jest inspirowany kabaretem i pastiszem, ma formę cyrkowego show i zawiera 10 utworów, które w krzywym zwierciadle opisują popkulturę i showbiznes początku XXI wieku. Na płycie znalazł się ich pierwszy przebój, Igorek (cover hiszpańskiej grupy skapunkowej Ska-P). W marcu 2008 Renata Przemyk wraz z wokalistą Plateau – Michałem Szulimem nagrała piosenkę „Nic nie pachnie tak jak Ty” i wystąpiła w teledysku. Utwór był wyraźnym zwrotem stylistycznym zespołu w kierunku łączenia poezji z dźwiękami elektroakustycznymi. Piosenka znalazła się na kilku listach przebojów w Polsce (m.in. zajęła czwarte miejsce na „Trzech przebojach”. W lipcu tego samego roku zespół został nagrodzony (finalistą) na TOPtrendy Festival. W efekcie 5 lipca br. grupa wystąpiła w Operze Leśnej w Sopocie. W kwietniu 2009 zespół wydał trzeci album „Krótki SMS. Album promowany był piosenką Most. Pojawił się też utwór „Nic nie pachnie jak Ty”. Studio. Producent muzyczny albumu był Wojciech Waglewski. Płyta miała swoją premierę 21 marca 2011 przez wydawnictwo 4ever MUSIC. W sumie w latach 2011-2015 odbyło się ponad 200 koncertów promujących album. 4 sierpnia 2011 roku zespół swoim występem otworzył 17. Przystanek Woodstock. 4 września 2011 roku zespół zagrał koncert w Fabryce Trzciny w Warszawie, który był transmitowany na żywo przez polską telewizję „Dwójka”. Koncert zainaugurował jesienny program tej stacji. Miesiąc później TVP2 wyemitowało kolejny odcinek programu „Szansa na sukces”, w którym amatorzy wykonali utwory z płyty Projekt Grechuta. W grudniu 2011 Plateau odbył dwutygodniową trasę koncertową po USA i Kanadzie. W 2011 roku zespół został nominowany w 2011 roku do nagrody „Róże Gali” w kategorii „Muzyka” za album Projekt Grechuta. 31 grudnia 2012 roku zespół wystąpił podczas koncertu „Sylwester z Dwójką – 50 przebojów na 50-lecie TVP” transmitowanego z wrocławskiego Rynku przez TVP2. 14 stycznia 2013 roku do rozgłośni radiowych trafił autorski singiel „Niebezpiecznie piękny świt”, zapowiadający piąty album zespołu, a w listopadzie 2014 roku kolejny singiel z tego albumu, utwór Niebanalnie promowany teledyskiem. 1 kwietnia 2016 roku ukazał się ich piąty album, zatytułowany: W związku z tobą. Na płycie znalazło się 10 autorskich utworów oraz premierowe, niepublikowane wcześniej dzieło Marka Jackowskiego, napisane specjalnie dla Plateau. Na początku 2020 roku zespół zapowiedział premierę swojego szóstego albumu zatytułowanego „Project Cohen” zawierającego własne, autorskie interpretacje utworów Leonarda Cohena w tłumaczeniu Romana Kołakowskiego. 3 lipca 2020 roku na płycie CD ukazało się nagranie koncertu w wersji elektronicznej pod tytułem: „Miłość w czasach zarazy”.
